This is my third AQ-230A. It would have gained a 5-star rating except that the two previous watches failed after about 3 years. A few years ago I went to an open day at Imperial college and had my watch tested for precision - it out-performed a very expensive looking chronograph that was tested for the person in front of me!
My sister lives in another time zone and I regularly call her fairly regularly. The dual time display enable me to keep track of her times and so ensure that I don't call her in the middle of her night!

The analog screen means that I can swiftly glance at my watch and return my eyes to the task at hand while I process the image to "tell" the time.

Finally, the alarm is a useful feature when travelling - I do not like leave my phone switched on at night.

The only feature that I don't use the is the stop-watch: I do not see the value of a stop-watch with precision of 0.01 sectonds when my reactions are around 10 times slower!
