2. What are the main differences between these 4 models?

XGerm -Wireless charging output (7.5W for iOS& Andriod), Aromatherapy function, High inner cage, UV light tube on both sides, Disinfection time about 10 minutes

XGerm Pro -Lightweight design, UV light tube up and down, High output power, Disinfection time about 6 minutes 

XGerm Lite -With aromatherapy function, High inner cage, UV light tube on both sides, Disinfection time about 10 minutes

XGerm Ultra: Highest output power(10W), Wireless charging output (7.5W for iOS; 10W for Andriod)

3. How could UV light reach all sides of the item when UV lights are only available on certain sides?

 

The light comes out from both sides at the same time, but the light will reflect within the inner space, so it will have a disinfection effect in all directions.

7. Can be used for mask sanitizing?

In principle, it is possible.

However, the general design of surgical masks is one-time use. It is more safe to change it regularly unless there is no choice, but we are not a medical reply, just for reference.

9. Is UVC Ray cancerous?

Since the output power is very small, the sanitation time is short as well as the cover is closed during the process, there won't cause issue to human skin actually. Our products have passed the required safety test standard too.

10. Can the phone be sanitized with the phone case?

Yes, but if you want to sanitize more thoroughly, you can take it apart and sterilize it twice.
