► How to set up UBOX with my TV?

► Can I use this UBOX in UK? What sort of plug does it have?

Yes you can. We provide UK plug and cable. Adapter will be provided for other socket types.

► How to watch dramas with UBOX?

You can install the apps you need, no matter it's for Taiwan, HongKong or other dramas. Most of the apps can be downloaded without charging fees, but for some apps, you may need to pay for certain movies or be VIP to download dramas. Feel free to go to different app stores and almost 90% of them offers free dramas.

► Can I use my mobile to control the UBOX?

Yes, except from the remote, you can control the UBox by your smartphone or mouse.

► Can I watch dramas from Japan or Korea?

UPRO 2 supports more than 700 channels from mainland China, HK, Taiwan and other countries. You can enjoy the latest movies from Hollywood, Japan, Korea etc. Little reminder: You can install a third-party app to watch, the UBOX does not have an application build-in.

► Can this be streamed on iOS phone?

I believe not. You can only watch the shows on TV.

Try moving your wireless router closer to UBOX, or reboot the router if needed.

Yes, this is UBOX UPRO 2 Generation 6. It is the latest UnBlock UBOX version.

True Wireless Bluetooth Earbuds

 

► Do these earbuds blink when listening to music?

(Applicable to all true wireless series) When Bluetooth is connected, there will be a flashing light when listening to music.

► Do these earbuds have sleep mode?

(Only for AirPod Like Earbuds) Yes it does.

► How to turn on / off the wireless earbuds?

(Applicable to all true wireless series) When you take out the earbuds from the charging case, they will turn on automatically. When you put them back to the charging case, they will automatically turn off.

Besides, you can long press the power button to turn on / off.

► Why I can't connect the two earphones?

(Only for AirPod Like Earbuds) You need to pair the two earphones first, then connect them with your smartphone.

(For the other true wireless series) Make sure your earbuds is turned on and they will paired up automatically. Then, make sure you turn on the Bluetooth of your devices and make your devices visible for connecting.

► What is TWS?

TWS is the short form for True Wireless Stereo. It means that the mobile phone is connected to the main headphone through Bluetooth wireless connection. Then the main headphone would connect with another headphone with Bluetooth, so as to achieve two separate left and right channels.

► How to pair up the earbuds with my device?

(Applicable to all true wireless series)

1. Take out your earbuds from the charging case.

2. Make sure they are turned on and paired up.

3. Please turn on Bluetooth on your smartphone and choose the corresponding name of the earbuds.

4. The LED lights will flash slowly. It means the earbuds and smartphone are paired successfully.
